Sunrise Along The Rocks. Photography and Text by Keith R WahlSelect Image or Title To See In A Larger Format Sunrises hold a special fascination for humans. I often wonder about the captivation of sunrise photos. Is it that there are only a few of us who go out to capture a sunrise while others nestle in the final throws of slumber? I would like to think that the appreciation of sunrise photos has more to do with Rhode Island's motto: "Hope". A sunrise is representative of a new day. A time of new possibilities. In a word, "Hope". Here we look southeast along the West Passage of Narragansett Bay. The tide is out. The rocks on the jetty, exposed. Boats moored at the mouth of Bissel Cove. This is a place where Hope establishes itself day-to-day. If you enjoyed this post, please consider buying us a coffee to continue the work... © Keith R Wahl, Made From RI/Made From RI Gallery, 2021.
