"Waves are toys from God." ~ Clay Marzo

Narragansett and Newport have become destinations destination year-round. In fact, Narragansett is one of the "Best Surf Spots in America" (see the explanation here of "Sportytell": Surfing Destinations: 15 Best Surf Spots In America 2020 – SportyTell).

The popularity of surfing also makes surfing its own cottage industry on the coast. This means that surfing is a local economic engine as well. Local shops and restaurants have noted that the surfers are people to pay attention to.

In the meantime, these people riding the waves are also a pleasure to watch. Riding free on the waves. What could be better?
