Weeks are often hectic and stressful. As the sun sets on a long week, we have found the cure here in Rhode Island. Saltwater, the setting sun, and a gentle breeze is a salve for so many pressures. As the sun sets, it's as if someone spread their arms across the water and told them to still. And so too does the mind.
