When does something become fascinating? When does something annoying and disgusting become a miracle? When does something ugly became beautiful?
I don't have a quantitative answer to these questions. I cannot give a particular wavelength of light. I cannot give a specific focal length or magnification level.
I can say that if we look at something close enough to understand it, our perspective changes. It is a qualitative measurement. It is subjective and not slaved to specific metrics. This is why we say that "beauty is in the eye of the beholder". In saying this, we must choose to take the time to look and see.
With this in mind, I encourage everyone to take some time to look at the things around them. Examine and consider those things. And in time, we will find that we miracles surround us.
