This has origins as a waterwheel mill in the 1700's. Now, the milling stones are electrically powered, but the process is the same.

Now, the milling stones are electrically powered, but the process is the same. Famous for Johnnycakes (which Benjamin Franklin declared to be "Better than a Yorkshire Muffin").
