Low Tide Gunkholes and GrassesAt low tide, there is a different world that appears at the shore. This is especially true of the gunkholes of Narragansett Bay such as Bissel Cove. The grasses and rocks appear from the water, the peninsulas and islands stand proud, and the boats change their views on their moorings. The clouds above shade the sun and the breeze cause the grass to rustle in a way that it cannot in the water.
