Tide Lines 20221231 850_6180Tide LinesThe fog keeps the air misty, and the mist settles on the beach sand. And like the grain in wood or the lines in a shell, the tide lines appear. That is lines, not line. The tide line is not mechanical, stopping at one point. It is natural and does as it must in the weather. Storms have been through recently (in this photo) and have pushed the tide line further up the beach. As a result, the wrack line (seaweed line) is further up the beach. But in the fog, the visual appearances become clear.
