Sunlight rises, shadows shift
Autumn's hues dance in the breeze
Bridge of promise, now we cross
Together, in this moment.

Belleville Footbridge

On Belleville Pond's tranquil shore,
An arched wooden footbridge stands,
A gateway to autumn's lore,
In Ryan Park, where nature commands.

In early morn's ethereal light,
Shadows dance on the water's gleam,
As trees transform in vibrant sight,
And heather sways in gentle stream.

"We'll cross that bridge when we get there,"
A phrase oft-repeated, yet true,
But now we stand, without a care,
On Belleville's bridge, where dreams accrue.

The air is crisp, the sky is blue,
And nature's beauty knows no bounds.
Hand in hand, we stroll anew,
On Belleville's bridge, where love is found.
