Glen Rock Reservoir's Fall Canvas
In Usquepaug's embrace, where nature's hues unfold,
Glen Rock Reservoir, a story to be told.
Beneath the autumn sky, a canvas painted bright,
With leaves of crimson, gold, and amber light.
The reservoir's still surface, a mirror to the sky,
Reflects the clouds that drift on by.
White cotton wisps, like angels in the blue,
Their fleeting forms, a fleeting view.
The trees that line the shore, their branches reaching high,
Their leaves ablaze against the sky.
A symphony of colors, a masterpiece of art,
Nature's beauty, capturing every heart.
The gentle breeze whispers through the trees,
As rustling leaves dance on the breeze.
A symphony of sounds, a soothing serenade,
In nature's embrace, all cares fade.
The sunbeams dance upon the water's face,
Creating diamonds in their chase.
A sparkling spectacle, a shimmering delight,
Nature's artistry, a dazzling sight.
In Usquepaug's embrace, where time seems to stand still,
Glen Rock Reservoir, a place to heal.
Amidst the fall's embrace, where beauty takes its stand,
A sanctuary of peace, in this tranquil land.
