A Scallop's Shell

Upon the sands of Salty Brine,
A scallop's shell, a sun-kissed shrine,
In hues of brown and orange bright,
A rustic gem, a coastal light.

Scallop Shell of the Salty Brine

Upon the shore of Salty Brine,
Where ocean waves and breezes combine,
A scallop shell, a relic of the sea,
In shades of brown and orange, lies for me.

Its delicate form, etched by nature's hand,
A testament to life upon the sand,
Once home to a creature, now set free,
A symbol of the ocean's vast decree.

The brown, like earth, the orange, like the sun,
A blend of colors, uniquely spun,
A reminder of the beauty that surrounds,
In every shell that's found.

From depths unknown, it came to rest,
Upon this shore, it found its quest,
A piece of nature, now in sight,
A scallop shell, a pure delight.
