They were both rescued as young birds after being injured, and they are unable to fly. However, they are thriving at the zoo, and they serve as ambassadors for their species. They educate visitors about the importance of conservation and the threats facing bald eagles.

The Roger Williams Park Zoo in Providence, Rhode Island is home to two bald eagles. These birds were both rescued after sustaining wing injuries that made them unable to fly in the wild. They now serve as animal ambassadors for their species, educating visitors about the importance of conservation.

In recent months, a third bald eagle has been seen visiting these two at the zoo. This wild eagle is believed to be a young male, and he has been spotted soaring overhead and landing in the trees near the eagle habitat.

The zoo staff is not sure why the wild eagle has been visiting, but they believe it may be because he is looking for a mate. Bald eagles are social birds, and they often form strong bonds with their mates. It is possible that the young male is hoping to find a partner at the zoo.

The zoo staff is excited about the arrival of the wild eagle, and they hope that he will continue to visit Prairie and Charlie. The three eagles make a striking sight together, and they are a reminder of the beauty and resilience of this iconic species.

If you are interested in seeing the bald eagles at the Roger Williams Park Zoo, you can visit the zoo during its regular hours of operation. The eagles are usually seen in the eagle habitat, which is located near the zoo's entrance.

The zoo is also a great place to learn about bald eagles and other wildlife. The zoo has a variety of educational exhibits, and staff members are always happy to answer questions.

So, if you are looking for a fun and educational day out, be sure to visit the Roger Williams Park Zoo and see the bald eagles!
