There are certain sights and places that stay with us throughout or lives. For me, wherever I travel, I seem to find a place where I can watch boats come in and out of a harbor, cove, or port.

There is none greater that the Port of Galilee. I have sat on the breakwater, left come in by ferry, or transported boats here since I was a boy.

My activity has always been all through the seasons, I am not a summer type passing by this is a part of my life. But summer at sunset is where this place shines. On the breakwater. The sun painting pastel colors in the sky. Viewing across from Galilee to Jerusalem. A gull or two in the air. The boats coming in together. There are few sights that are better.
